Account Aggregation:

Account aggregation sites allow you to consolidate account information from several sources into one online location. In order to provide this service, an aggregation provider may request your passcode and login information. You should ensure that the aggregation provider has appropriate policies to protect the privacy and security of any information that you provide.

If you provide information about your FNBCC account to an aggregation provider, we will consider all transactions initiated by an aggregator using the access or login credentials that you provide, to be authorized whether or not you were aware of a specific transaction.

If you decide to revoke the authority given to an aggregation provider, we strongly recommend that you also change your online passcode with FNBCC. This will help ensure that the aggregation company cannot continue to access your account(s) with us.

Information Security:

We have many security features in place to protect your information on the internet. No one can access your account information online without the access codes you are provided. These access codes consist of multi-factor authentication. Multi-factor authentication can help prevent access by someone who may have stolen your login credentials. You can protect your account information by signing off your device when you have completed your transaction, changing your password frequently, and by not sharing these codes with anyone. If you forget to sign off, our digital banking system will sign off for you after there has been no activity for a certain period of time.

Secure browsers, such as Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Safari, or Firefox are required to access your information as additional protection of your account information. We utilize Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and 256-bit encryption technology to protect your confidential information. Encryption "scrambles" your private, financial information as it moves between your device and our systems. Computer malware protection detects and prevents malware from entering our website, email, and computer systems. Firewalls and intrusion prevention systems are also used to prevent unauthorized access to our systems.

Please be aware that if you provide your User ID and Password to anyone, you are authorizing them to access your account. Any transactions that may take place in your account as a result are considered to be authorized by you. If you wish to cancel this type of account, you will need to notify us so that we may issue new access codes for your internet account.

Also, please be aware that the security and privacy policies on these sites may be different from our policies, so please read third party privacy and security policies closely.

Any violation of that Code, including unauthorized access of customer information or sharing customer information, will subject the employee to disciplinary action, including immediate termination.
